What services do you offer?
Regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning, one-off cleans, deep cleans and quoted commercial cleaning.
How much does cleaning cost?
Regular cleaning starts at £40, one-off cleaning at £50 and deep cleaning at £70. Prices depend on home size, layout and condition.
What does the £1 deposit do?
When online deposits are enabled, it secures an available online booking. The remaining amount is normally paid after the clean.
Can I book without paying a deposit?
Yes. Choose Request this slot and your request will be reviewed before confirmation.
What days do you work?
Monday to Friday. We do not normally offer weekend cleans.
What times are available?
The earliest customer booking is 9:45am and every job must finish by 2:30pm.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, contact us as early as possible. Any specific notice period or fee will be shown in your confirmation.
Can I request extras?
Yes. You can request oven, fridge, cupboards, windows, skirting boards, pet hair, bed changing, laundry, ironing and other tasks. We confirm any extra cost first.
Do you offer commercial cleaning?
Yes. Commercial cleaning is quoted per job after we understand the premises and requirements.
